This includes items such as handbags, shoes, jewelry, watches and other accessories. She sources products from designers and manufacturers globally and work closely with merchandising teams to develop cohesive strategies.

BloomChic is a digital-first fashion and lifestyle brand established in 2021 for modern women sized 10-30.
Kauri’s day-to-day work as Accessories Specialist involves analyzing market trends, researching new designers, attending trade shows, and negotiating contracts. Kauri has strong data analysis abilities and create detailed sales forecasts and product performance reports. This allows her to make informed purchasing decisions and maximize profits.

In my role as Category Manager for accessories, I leveraged my cross-category expertise in product development, supply chain optimization, and data-driven merchandising to transform the accessories business. My deep understanding of materials (like bridal-grade rhinestones and lightweight metal alloys), craftsmanship (hand-finishing techniques for heirloom pieces), and pricing psychology helped curate collections that balanced quality with aspirational value.
